The Head Rabbi, Rabbi Amar, was born in Kfar Saba, Israel. He holds a degree in philosophy
and languages from Aix-les-Bains a University in France. Rabbi Amar attended Yeshiva in Israel in 1987, and finally received his rabbinical degree in 1992 from the Lubavitch Yeshiva in Manchester, England.
